“The R.I.P. Files: The Byrd Theatre ” trailer features a scary EVP and information on the numerous ghosts who may haunt this lovely cinema in downtown Richmond, VA. R.I.P. captured several more EVPs during their investigation and also caught on camera interaction with a child ghost, as well as an attempt by an angry spirit to grab an investigator’s equipment.
