Mingle Media TV and Red Carpet Report host, Linda Antwi, were invited to cover the The 1st Annual Green Room… A Golden Globes Viewing Party at the legendary Jim Henson Studios supporting the Gay and Lesbian Elder Housing (GLEH) organization.

GLEH presented the fabulous Julie Newmar with a Lifetime Achievement Award at this Golden Globe viewing party where the guests had a chance to win some prizes, take photos in the Project Photo Booth while enjoying decadent hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and cocktails at the sponsored bar while experiencing live entertainment by Grammy nominated artist, Sam Sparro.

There are still several screenings coming up with some classics like “Creature from the Black Lagoon,” “The Invisible Man,” “The Birds,” “Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein,” “The Ghost and Mr. Chicken,” “The Incredible Shrinking Man,” “Tarantula,” and “The Phantom of the Opera” you can still Get Tickets Online for these screenings.

The 1st Screening: “The Bride of Frankenstein ” (1935) and “Dracula ” (1931) Hosted by writer-director Guillermo del Toro and Randy Haberkamp and Jeff Pirtle.

The 2nd Screening: “The Man Who Laughs ” (1928) rarely screened “silent” horror film with special guests producer Chris Weitz, and the grandson of producer, Paul Kohner.

The 3rd Screening: “The Wolf Man ” (1941) and “An American Werewolf in London ” (1981) with special guests director John Landis, Oscar-winning makeup artist Rick Baker, producer George Folsey, Jr. and actor David Naughton from “An American Werewolf in London. ”
