Mingle Media TV and Red Carpet Report host, Linda Antwi, were invited to cover Nickelodeon tv star, Stephen Kramer Glickman, at his debut Art Show Opening At Meltdown Comics in Hollywood.

Stephen Kramer Glickman is most well known for his Leadrole of Gustavo Rocque on the hit Nickelodeon TV series “Big Time Rush” (which is now going into production on it’s 4th season) and is widely regarded as a successful stand up comedian.

He is also a Canadian contemporary artist who explores popular imagery and brand advertising. His style employs a mix of brutal terror and absolute whimsy. He has created sculpture that have been praised and criticized for being too controversial. He takes on his sculptures like he is going to war and the battle scars definitely show. His current art show “Bob is Dead” is based on a poor experience he had at Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank. SUSHI GIRL centers on the compelling character of a man called “Fish,” just released after six years in jail after successfully not ratting on those involved in the robbery that sent him to prison. The night he is released, the men he protected with silence celebrate his freedom with a congratulatory dinner. The meal is a lavish array of sushi, served off the naked body of a beautiful young woman. The sushi girl seems catatonic, trained to ignore everything in the room, even if things become dangerous. Sure enough, the unwieldy thieves can’t help but open old wounds in an attempt to find their missing loot, with violent results.

Sports benefiting The Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program honoring Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann with the 2012 Children’s Choice Award at the Sports Museum of Los Angeles.

This is the 2nd year Yahoo! Sports and the Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program have worked together to celebrate the unique, family-oriented sports themed day-long event at The Sports Museum of Los Angeles. This privately owned venue boasts the largest Dodger memorabilia collection in the world (including a never before seen 10,000 square foot Dodger’s archive of the team’s history,) as well as Babe Ruth’s 1934 uniform, Joe DiMaggio’s record-breaking ball from his 56 game hitting streak and a bevy of other priceless articles from the sporting world.

During the day-long event, guests will meet and compete with some of the biggest names in professional, Olympic and extreme sports. Special demonstrations and activities will allow guests to challenge athletes to basketball, football, soccer and boxing.
