Mingle Media TV and Red Carpet Report host, Linda Antwi, were invited to cover the masquerade-themed red carpet “40th” birthday celebration for actress/comedienne Kym Whitley, star of the hit docu-series, “Raising Whitley,” on OWN at the Rain Nightclub in Studio City. We also found out after arriving and setting up for the red carpet that the party will be featured in an upcoming episode of Raising Whitley (probably entitled “Maskymrade”) so you might see us on her birthday episode.

The X Factor’s Paula Abdul Sizzles in the Latest emmy Magazine

We’ve all danced to Paula’s “Straight Up” music video and watched her on American Idol give hope to artists pouring out their hearts in auditions and during competitions. She’s the one we wished would stay instead of Simon Cowell.

Good News! She’s back and with Simon on The X Factor this fall on FOX.

In the November Issue of emmy® Magazine, Paula Abdul talks about joining “The X Factor,” and how she’s excited to be on the show even gives us some insight into her relationship with fellow judge and executive producer Simon Cowell. Don’t worry, she’s in a good place and even reflects on her “American Idol” departure in the article.
