Behind The Red Carpet (Day 4) at Governor’s Ball Food and Beverage Preview for the 83rd Academy Awards

Its the Thursday before The Academy Awards, Hollywood Blvd has been blocked off, the red carpet is down, and a tent has been put up for the special media preview. Mingle Media TV Network and Kristyn Burtt went out to the Food and Beverage preview today on the Red Carpet at Hollywood and Highland in a special tent for the preview. For the 17th consecutive year, master chef Wolfgang Puck has been selected by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to create the menu for the Governors Ball, the celebration immediately following the 83rd Academy Awards® presentation on Sunday, February 27, 2011. Wolfgang Puck Catering will serve the Academys 1,500 Ball guests, which will include Oscar winners, nominees, presenters and telecast participants. The 2011 menu created by Puck and chef Matt Bencivenga is inspired by Latin flavors, from classic paella to coastal seafood, along with signature favorites such as smoked salmon Oscars® and pastry chef Sherry Yards gold-dusted chocolate Oscars. Working in a state-of-the-art kitchen adjacent to the Grand Ballroom at the Hollywood & Highland Center, Puck will lead a team of chefs, pastry chefs and other culinary artists who are responsible for the cooking, presentation and execution of the menu. Doug Burch, Sam Ingraffia at Los Angeles Italia Festival World Premiere of Atlantis Down

Mingle Media TV Network was invited by director, Max Bartoli, to come to the Los Angeles Italia Festival Red Carpet World Premiere of his Sci-fi feature film, Atlantis Down. In the year 2025, the Shuttle has been relegated to a ?transport vehicle? a glorified taxi, carrying military and scientific personnel and equipment back and forth between Earth and its orbiting space stations. While on a routine mission, transporting Dr. Sarah Jenkins to an observation outpost, the ship encounters two flashing bursts of light. They shutdown its instrumentation and leave it powerless, adrift in space. The crew attempts to repair the damage, when suddenly there is a third blinding flash of light? The entire crew disappears from the ship, except for Travis Black, the rookie Tech Officer. Captain Richard Castle and the rest of the crew find themselves in the middle of a barren. They have no idea where they are.
