From All of us at Mingle Media TV – we’d like to wish you and your family the best today and always.

Each of us has a special story about our mother, grandmother, great grandmother or other family member who played a role in our lives. This is a day to reflect and honor those whom we love and cherish.

We appreciate the moms who are part of the MMTVN family and produce great conversations each week to connect with others and make new friends.

One thing I will remember that my mother (she passed away right after my 18th birthday) used to say about Mother’s Day is that “every day is mother’s day” her way of telling us that we should always be honoring those in our lives, not just wait for a special occasion. She was a great example of honoring others daily as she did random acts of kindness for friends, family and strangers. Growing up, I literally saw her give the clothes off her back to those in need (jackets, sweaters, scarves etc…). We were far from wealthy but she did many things for others who had greater needs and most of all, she gave them her respect as she honored them, and they loved her for her spirit and her infectious laugh.

Life is a gift, and it offers us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to give something back by becoming more”  Anthony Robbins

Now to add some of my son’s warped sense of humor to the day – here is the lovely e-card he sent me for Mother’s Day after I went through chemotherapy (breast cancer). I know it was a scary time for him but we faced it together and now I’m gonna live a long life so he has to take care of me in my old age LOL!!
